I have to admit that my first cleaning with The Finest Kind really did exceed expectations. Heather performed our initial visit. The whole process was smooth and clear (including what my responsibilities are, as the home-owner). They scheduled the appointment, sent a reminder, and showed up on-time. Granted, we've only had our initial deep clean (which is more intense than the subsequent cleans) but the place really did sparkle. And we keep a clean place to begin with. Floors were cleaned and polished, baseboards were dusted, glass was wiped. Some stubborn spots on the cooktop were removed and every metal surface was literally reflective (even lamps). I picked up the metal tea kettle (which lives on the stove) and was like, "they shined the tea kettle." Well played. Looking forward to engaging in a long-term program with The Finest Kind.
